Surplus Property
This page offers citizens the opportunity to come to a centralized location to learn about any properties that may be available at any given time.
The Town of Hot Springs has the following surplus property for sale:
1978 Ford F800 Fire Truck. 31,244 miles. Not recommended for fire use, failed pump test.
1989 Ford Grumman Fire Truck. 76,875 miles. Not recommended for fire use, failed pump test.
2004 F-350 Ford Pick-up. 300,000 miles. Blown head gasket, brake booster bad – no rear brakes.
Vehicles will be awarded to the highest bidder. The Town reserves the right to refuse all bids.

Or: bring a sealed bid to Town Hall, 186 Bridge Street.
Bids will be opened and awarded at 4:45 pm on Thursday, March 27, 2024, at the Town Hall. A deposit of 25% of the amount of the bid must be received within 48 hours of the bid award. If that bidder refuses at any time to close the sale, the deposit will be forfeited to the Town.
